| Obi Sushi Partnership Obi Sushi is a partnership between Thompson Hospitality and Yong Son of Hama Sushi. The partnership builds on the strengths of each party to bring each customer excellent food and service. Thompson Hospitality Warren Thompson, President & Chairman, started Thompson Hospitality in 1992. The company's core business is contract food service, primarily on college campuses, and the company now operates approximately 30 contract food service accounts throughout the United States. Yong Son, owner and operator of Hama Sushi in Herndon for 6 years, comes to the partership with 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He and his wife have successfully grown Hama Sushi into a prosperous business, and he is enjoying the challenge of starting again with a slightly different concept, for a slightly different market, at Obi Sushi. His partnership with Thompson Hospitality is a dynamic one, and he has found a unique support system. Yong looks forward to serving the Reston community and looks forward to becoming part of the long standing tradition in excellence that is "Reston Town Center."
